Together, we gently revisit the beliefs shaped by your experiences and allow them to shift into something that feels more aligned with your true, core self.”

Hello!

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in El Dorado Hills, CA, working with adults, families, children, and adolescents. Many of the people I support are navigating grief, family or relationship strain, or a quiet disconnection from themselves after years of adapting, caregiving, or loss. Therapy can be a place where your story is not rushed, explained away, or minimized…but met with presence, care, and respect.

My work is guided by the belief that healing unfolds at the pace of safety. The beliefs we carry about ourselves are often shaped by experiences rather than truth, especially in the context of loss, trauma, or long-term responsibilities in life. Together, we gently revisit the beliefs shaped by your experiences and allow them to shift into something that feels more aligned with your true, core self. I bring steadiness, curiosity, and encouragement as you reconnect with your inner strength and move toward a life that feels more authentic and grounded.

I bring particular care to grief related to parental or child loss, adoption and foster care experiences, and complex family systems. I also understand the layered experience of being a family member of a first responder or military service member, where pride, fear, responsibility, and uncertainty often coexist. After years of working closely with children and families, I am deeply committed to supporting the growth of healthy family systems and relationships that can adapt and endure through life’s challenges. Through trauma-informed, attachment-based, and body-centered work, including mindfulness, somatic awareness, and breathwork, I offer a grounded space where you don’t have to carry these experiences alone.
