Community Resources for Families
Our beautiful Foothills community offers a range of creative and engaging artistic and mind-body supportive services for our clients and their families.
PGY (Performing Groups for Youth) is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a truly unique and uplifting environment where students are introduced to the art of singing, dancing, and performance — while discovering the confidence within themselves.
At PGY, we don't just teach performance we inspire students to reach for the stars in every area of their lives.
The magic of PGY lies in the experience we create. Each child steps into a "lights, camera, action" world where they are seen, supported, and celebrated.

Gretta’s lifelong love of movement began with dance and eventually led her to yoga as a way to heal, build strength, and nurture a deeper mind-body connection. Inspired by her own experience, she created Ohana as a supportive sanctuary where people of all ages, abilities, and experience levels can explore movement, breath, meditation, and meaningful connection.
At the heart of Ohana is the belief that yoga is about so much more than movement. It’s an opportunity to reduce stress, build strength and mobility, reconnect with yourself and others, and cultivate greater presence, peace, and well-being in everyday life.
Come as you are. Connect. Grow. Experience your best.

At The Zen Den, we believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice. It is a way of life that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace. Our goal is to help our students cultivate these qualities through the practice of yoga.
We are proud to have built a supportive and inclusive community of yogis at The Zen Den. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will find a welcoming and non-judgmental space here. We value diversity and strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all.
